Then they tell you that all you need is a little exercise and then you will have those coveted abs in no time. But really, is there a faster way? Not to blow your bubble, but getting six abs fast is a lot of hard work. It takes more than a trip to the gym every once in a while. Eat well and take supplements. You will need to take multivitamins and minerals. You need these since the exercise procedure will diminish your body from vital nutrients. Taking supplements and eating well will ensure that you get at least the minimum daily requirements for proper nutrition. Protein rich meals will also do well for you. You might also want to limit those carbs but do not get rid of them totally.

Sleep well and live healthy. It would take discipline to get those abs. sleeping well will give you enough energy to perform those exercises and still do the other things in your life. Drink plenty of water and keep hydrated.

Reduce alcohol intake. Excessive alcohol will only pull you back from your routine. It not only adds tons of calories but keeps you slow and tired as well.
